Job Description

Lead the team of analyst who are responsible for performing detailed post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations including Block Time Analysis, and providing valuable performance evaluations.
Analyze operational data to identify patterns, improve processes and enhance overall planning effectiveness.
Performing what if and predictive analysis for OTP and OTT
Conduct seasonal & Ad hoc Block time analysis for FSC and LCC and provide optimal Block time recommendations for group airlines.
Develop contingency plans to address operational disruptions and manage special projects like Fog Care and Spare Policy.
Centralization of Planning reports. Explore and implement process enhancements and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Analyze historical operational data to recommend effective flight schedule to optimize the network.
Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance.
Provide feedback to NWP in case of block time deviation.
Provide analysis reports and insights for various management initiatives, including Current Operational Planning (COP1, COP2), Operational Planning Parameters (OPP), and the OTP Task Force.
Forecast impact of factors on OTT/OTP performance using predictive analysis techniques
