Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead located in Guntur East. The Team Lead is responsible for managing and guiding a team, ensuring project tasks are completed on time, and meeting quality standards. The role involves coordinating between different departments, setting performance goals, resolving conflicts, and providing regular progress reports to higher management. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, provide mentorship, and contribute to process improvements.
