Role & Responsibilities:

· Continually researching current, and emerging technologies, and proposing changes for product enhancement and up gradation.

· Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed technical updates

Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments

Provide detailed technical design/specifications for proposed solutions

· Providing leadership and guidance for project development and helping the team tackle technical challenges.

· Assessing the technical impact that certain technical choices have.

Providing updates on product design roadmap and impact on development tools, processes, etc.

· Guiding developers for integrating GyrusAim with other applications (for example Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Technical knowledge sharing with the team – New Technology upgradation

Providing technical inputs on new product development: LXP & Performance management system.

· Assist in development work if needed on complex feature developments.

· Participation in the daily work meetings for providing expert guidance and taking lead for conducting technical and logical analysis and supporting for solution development to the team.

· Work with team for problem-solving, logic development, technical lead / solutions.

Qualification & Requirement :

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

·  Proven experience in engineering and software application development

·  In-depth knowledge of coding languages such as ASP.NET MVC, Angular JS along with DevOps, Azure, and .NET 4, 5 or 6

·  Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases – SQL Server.

·  Efficient communication skills

·  Strong Organizational and leadership skills
