About the Role

IMDS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals compliance

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and manage compliance processes related to
IMDS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals
.
Act as the main point of contact for
MPP and European clients
, ensuring smooth coordination and reporting.
Train, mentor, and onboard newcomers
on compliance tools and regulatory processes.
Ensure strict adherence to
international, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements
.
Review
BOMs and sub-components in polymer parts
for compliance accuracy.
Coordinate with
suppliers for IMDS certifications
and maintain all certifications in a structured
master database
.
Collaborate with
plant stakeholders
including operations, supplier development, and logistics to support compliance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors / master’s degree in chemicals / chemical engineering / chemical
Industry
background.
German language proficiency (B2) – Mandatory.
8–12 years of experience
in IMDS/REACH/compliance, with at least
1 year as a Team Leader
.
Proven experience working with
European clients
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
