Job Description

Team Leader IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring targets.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
