Job Description

Order & Delivery Management

Ensure all orders are delivered within the defined SLA and meet On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
Monitor operational metrics and take timely action to achieve performance benchmarks set by the management.

Delivery Partner Management & Hiring

On-field hiring activities to onboard new delivery boys as per requirement.
Ensure discipline among delivery partners, including timely reporting, grooming standards, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure all delivery boys submit collected cash on time to the client as per the settlement process.

Shift & Attendance Management

Ensure shift adherence of delivery partners.
Maintain proper attendance, rosters, and daily deployment planning.

Operational Escalations

Identify issues which is impacting operations and escalate immediately to the Area Manager, Provide timely updates of operational challenges.

Team Coordination & Reporting

Act as the point of contact between store operations, delivery partners, and the Area Manager.
Share daily reports, highlight gaps, and recommend actions for improvement.
