Team Lead MERN Stack Developer

Overview:

The Team Lead, MERN Stack Developer and Devops will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack. This role requires strong technical expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, coupled with proven leadership and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of MERN stack developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle for MERN stack applications, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.

Architect and design scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications using Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.

Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data migration.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring application stability and performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing relevant advancements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

X+ years of experience in web development, with a significant focus on MERN stack technologies. (Specify desired years of experience)

Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

Expertise in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Knowledge of real-time technologies (e.g., WebSockets).

Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
