Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with 6-8 years of experience to lead our MEAN / MERN team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the MEAN / MERN stack and its applications.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
