Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Manager based in Kolkata with some work from home flexibility. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily operations, guide team members to achieve performance targets, and implement strategic plans. The role involves performance monitoring, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Team Lead Manager will also liaise with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and may be involved in recruitment and training processes.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in performance monitoring and providing constructive feedback
Ability to implement strategic plans and drive team success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with insurance products and financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant team management software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
