We also run VP and SLR operations with Indian Railways on a tender basis from various locations across India, operating railway freight services for over seven years. Our success is rooted in the synchronization of time, people, and place to optimize supply chains, supported by our team of skilled specialists. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager, located in Surat. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, optimizing supply chain processes, liaising with clients and suppliers, and troubleshooting operational issues. The candidate will also be expected to maintain high standards of safety and compliance while fostering a productive work environment. Qualifications \n Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in logistics and supply chain management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the logistics industry Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus Show more Show less
