Your Role Overview: - Conduct training sessions, on-boarding, and calendar offerings - Design instructional content and materials - Manage stakeholders and business partnerships - Handle vendor management - Analyze training effectiveness and manage the LMS Your Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions including on-boarding and calendar offerings - Design instructional content with a focus on MS Office tools - Manage stakeholders and align vendors with business needs - Identify new vendors for training programs - Analyze training effectiveness using the Kirk Patrick TEM Model and administer Docebo LMS Qualifications Required: - Understanding of AI tools in HR - MBA in HR with 6-9 years of L&D experience - Experience with Docebo or other LMS platforms - Facilitation skills and training certifications are advantageous - Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Agile, self-driven, and passionate individual - Willingness to work in the EST shift at least once a week.,
