Team Lead

Job Description:

We am seeking a proactive and organized Team Lead to manage and guide a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

• Coordinate and oversee daily team activities while facilitating sprint planning sessions to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on priorities

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones by monitoring progress, deadlines, and team performance

• Take full ownership of team deliverables, track task completion, and address any roadblocks to maintain momentum

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal client departments and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment

• Oversee quality assurance processes, manage deployment schedules, and ensure a seamless Go-Live experience

• Support the team in identifying potential project risks or blockers and proactively work toward effective resolutions

• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to agile best practices within the team

Deployment Location: Goa

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
