Job Description: We am seeking a proactive and organized Team Lead to manage and guide a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for : Coordinate and oversee daily team activities while facilitating sprint planning sessions to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on priorities Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones by monitoring progress, deadlines, and team performance Take full ownership of team deliverables, track task completion, and address any roadblocks to maintain momentum Serve as the primary point of contact between internal client departments and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment Oversee quality assurance processes, manage deployment schedules, and ensure a seamless Go-Live experience Support the team in identifying potential project risks or blockers and proactively work toward effective resolutions Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to agile best practices within the team Required Personality Traits: Strong leadership to guide and align teams Clear and professional communication Proactive in identifying and solving issues Focused on quality and attention to detail Encourages teamwork and collaboration Calm and effective problem-solving Adaptable in fast-paced environments Takes ownership and accountability Deployment Location: Goa Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
