ROLE OVERVIEW

Shiprocket is looking for experienced KAM to lead the KAM team for our ShiprocketX . The candidate must have experience in selling cross border shipping products & solutions. Expertise in new seller acquisition & client relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the full client journey from growth to long-term partnerships
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Identify logistics pain points and craft smart, scalable solutions.
Deliver compelling product demos of our powerful web-based CRM.
Consistently hit and surpass your sales targets while helping your team do the same.
Cross-sell effectively to maximize client value and satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Key Account Management.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 5-10 members.
