Job Title: Team Lead Recruitment (IT & Non-IT) (Female, WFH)
Experience: 6–7 years in recruitment (IT & Non-IT) with minimum 5 years of team handling
Location: Work From Home
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of IT & Non-IT recruiters
Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closures
Guide, train, and motivate the team to meet hiring goals
Coordinate with clients and maintain quality performance
Requirements:
Strong experience in both IT & Non-IT hiring
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Female candidates only (WFH role)
