Job Title: Security Consultant

Experience Level: Senior (7+ years)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Security Consultant (L3) to lead the design, implementation, and management of security roles, access controls, and audit compliance within Oracle Cloud ERP. This role involves collaborating with functional and technical teams to ensure robust security configurations, managing periodic audits, and supporting ITGC/SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Design & Implementation: Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP security, including roles, privileges, and duty assignments.
• Access Control Management: Manage user provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD), and access reviews to ensure compliance.
• Audit & Compliance: Support ITGC, SOX, and internal audit requirements; prepare and maintain documentation for periodic reviews.
• Security Monitoring: Perform regular security health checks, role audits, and resolve access-related incidents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional and technical teams to support new implementations, enhancements, and patch updates.
• Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation on security configurations, policies, and procedure

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP security, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in

  Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

  , SoD analysis, and Oracle Fusion Security Console.
• Experience with

  audit and compliance processes

  including ITGC and SOX.
• Hands-on experience with

  user provisioning, access reviews, and incident resolution

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Cloud Security or Risk Management Cloud certification.
• Familiarity with GRC tools like

  Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)

  or third-party audit tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle module related security.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and AMS/Support environments.
