Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, ensure achievement of performance targets, provide guidance and support to team members, and coordinate with different departments. Responsibilities include managing workflows, conducting performance reviews, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and handling client interactions to ensure satisfaction.
