Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead in Stock Market located in Gurgaon 67, India. The Team Lead will oversee daily trading activities, manage a team of Relationship Managers, analyse market trends, develop Sales strategies, and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. They will also be responsible for mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with other departments to align strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in equity, derivatives, and commodities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and investment strategy development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications such as CFA are a plus.
• Prior experience in Team Lead role in the stock market is preferred.
• NISM 15 ( Mandatory )
