Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - HVAC Design Engineer located in Noida. The Team Lead will oversee HVAC design activities, including plumbing, mechanical engineering calculations, and HVAC system design. Daily tasks will involve leading project teams, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and liaising with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specified requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design (Concept / Basic / Detail) of the HVAC system.
• To study the project brief in detail and suggest changes as per the client's requirements in coordination with the project design and project management teams.
• Responsible for reviewing and approval for design specification prepared by design engineers and ensures the quality of work done.
• To prepare & review the design, BOQ, and equipment list before proceeding for detail engineering, this may involve checking the heat load calculations again based on actual loads.
• To prepare & verify all detail engineering contract drawings to be executed at the site.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to assist in managing engineering execution and project management deliverable.
• To assist the team, where needed, for effective decision-making on placing orders for HVAC equipment and site labour contracts with scope details.
• To work in coordination with the documentation, qualification, validation, and commission (DQVC) team and the HVAC team to organise the documents as per the requirements of the project.
• To update the database on a regular basis to reduce the time required for designing.

Skills & Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HVAC

   operations, maintenance, and repair

• Preferred candidate from a Pharma Consulting industry.

• Good understanding experience in pharmaceutical HVAC designing.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and refrigeration systems

• Strong understanding of HVAC codes, standards, and regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in project management and scheduling
