Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Team Lead - Interior Design. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Interior Design projects, ensuring that they meet design specifications and quality standards. The role involves managing a team of designers, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely project delivery. The Team Lead will also play a critical role in developing design strategies, conducting site inspections, material and product selection and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, team coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong Interior Design and technical drawing skills
• Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in luxury residential, commercial, and heritage projects is a plus
