Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

You will lead a development team, architect scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

Laravel

·        Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce best practices.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product Management.

·        Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

·        Manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:

Laravel

·        Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

·        Experience with Git version control and deployment processes.

·        Understanding of MVC architecture and modern development workflows.

Good-to-Have Skills:

·        Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

·        Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

·        Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Soft Skills:
