Team Lead Full Stack

You are a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer with a strong expertise in Laravel and Angular. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a development team, architecting scalable solutions, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality web applications, architecting, designing, and developing scalable full-stack solutions using Laravel (PHP) and Angular, performing code reviews, providing technical guidance, and enforcing best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and Product Management, optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, and manage project timelines, estimations, and deliverables. Mandatory skills for this position include strong expertise in Laravel (backend) and Angular (frontend), proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs, experience with Git version control and deployment processes, as well as an understanding of MVC architecture and modern development workflows. Good-to-have skills include knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure, familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology. In addition to technical skills, soft skills required for this role include strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
