Team Lead Full Stack

As a Product Manager/Team Lead in AI Application Development at DATAPKT Private Limited, located in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for our innovative AI-driven infrastructure monitoring platform. Collaborating with Java backend, Angular/React frontend, and PostgreSQL-based teams, you will deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. Responsibilities will include owning and driving the product roadmap, translating AI-driven use cases into tangible features, collaborating with various engineering teams for timely delivery, interfacing with UI/UX teams and AI model developers, gathering feedback for iteration, defining and tracking product KPIs, and conducting necessary agile ceremonies. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML platforms. A strong understanding of backend technologies like Java and Spring Boot, frontend technologies such as Angular/React, and databases like PostgreSQL is crucial. Experience in managing technical AI/ML products, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with GIS platforms, drone data, or infra-tech, cloud infrastructure like AWS or GCP, and UI/UX wireframing tools like Figma or Adobe XD would be advantageous.
