Team Lead Full Stack

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for DATAPKT's cutting-edge AI platform. This involves collaborating with Java backend, Angular/React frontend, and PostgreSQL-based teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include: - Own and drive the product roadmap from concept to launch. - Translate AI-driven use cases into tangible feature sets and user stories. - Collaborate with engineering teams (Java, Angular, React, PostgreSQL) to ensure timely delivery. - Interface with UI/UX teams, QA, and AI model developers to streamline delivery. - Gather feedback from internal stakeholders, clients, and field ops for iteration. - Define and track product KPIs and continuously improve product functionality. - Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups when required. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - 3+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML platforms. - Strong understanding of backend (Java, Spring Boot), frontend (Angular/React), and DB (PostgreSQL). - Experience managing technical AI/ML products is a big plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments. Additionally, it would be good to have experience with GIS platforms, drone data, or infra-tech, familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and UI/UX wireframing exposure using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
