Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at our Mumbai location. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring targets and service levels are met, and driving performance improvements. They will manage team schedules, provide training and support, handle escalated issues, and collaborate with other departments to optimize processes. The Team Lead will also be accountable for regular performance evaluations and reports to upper management.
