Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead position based in Palghat. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities to ensure timely task completion, manage performance and productivity, and maintain clear communication lines with both team members and upper management. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, setting operational goals, monitoring workflows to ensure efficiency, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to support business objectives.

• Proficiency in operations, data analysis, and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Basic technical proficiency with enterprise logistics software and tools is a plus.
