Team Lead

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead who can manage, inspire, and elevate our creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a strategic mindset, hands-on marketing expertise, and a flair for creative direction. You’ll play a key role in bridging client expectations with creative excellence, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, including content writers, designers, video editors, and strategists.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from concept development to client delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and creative inputs for campaigns, social media content, and brand communications.
• Ensure project timelines and client deadlines are consistently met without compromising on quality.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Review and approve creative deliverables for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives.
• Proficiency in campaign planning, content strategy, and client servicing.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
