We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead who can manage, inspire, and elevate our creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a strategic mindset, hands-on marketing expertise, and a flair for creative direction. You’ll play a key role in bridging client expectations with creative excellence, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the creative team, including content writers, designers, video editors, and strategists. Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from concept development to client delivery. Provide strategic direction and creative inputs for campaigns, social media content, and brand communications. Ensure project timelines and client deadlines are consistently met without compromising on quality. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication. Review and approve creative deliverables for quality, consistency, and brand alignment. Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Stay updated on marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital tools. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory ). Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives. Proficiency in campaign planning, content strategy, and client servicing. A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams.
