Team Lead Business Development

As a Team Lead - Business Development at Mavericks Education in Noida, your role involves overseeing and guiding a team of Business Development Managers. Your primary responsibilities include: - Ensuring team targets are achieved - Providing exceptional service to prospective students applying for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs You will lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring they meet individual and team targets. Conducting regular team meetings to track progress, offer feedback, and develop improvement strategies will be part of your routine.
