In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing prospective clients, effectively selling our interior design products and services, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Analyze prospective clients and effectively sell Decorpot's products and services , highlighting their value and benefits. Demonstrate and present products and services to clients in a compelling and engaging manner. Craft business proposals and contracts designed to attract more clients and drive revenue. Be enthusiastic about building strong relationships with other cross-functional teams within the business, ensuring seamless project delivery. Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner to maximize conversion. Track and provide accurate sales information to company management, supporting informed decision-making. Generate revenue by identifying client pain points and suggesting suitable interior design solutions. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure Decorpot's offerings stay relevant and competitive in the market. Identify new business opportunities and evaluate their potential by researching and analyzing sales options. Handle client complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions. Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with clients and team members. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively. Emboldened by challenges , with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Possess a professional yet affable disposition , making clients feel comfortable. Intuitive and insightful , particularly regarding human behavior, to better understand client motivations and needs. Qualifications Preferred Candidates: Male or Female. Education: MBA (Any specialization). Experience: 1-4 years in a sales role, preferably in interiors, real estate, or a related field. Notice Period: Ability to join immediately.
