This is a full-time role for a Team Lead - B2C Sales, located on-site in Gurugram. The Team Lead will oversee sales team activities, provide day-to-day management and support to the team, and drive sales strategies to achieve set targets. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, delivering excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the team meets its performance goals. Regular communication with both the team and clients will be essential to fostering a positive sales environment.
