Job Description

TAT & Process Control

  • Ensure turnaround time is maintained as specified by client and internal processes
  • Identify, highlight, and correct cases that fall outside defined TAT

Audit & Documentation

  • Conduct audits as per defined guidelines on documents received from the pickup team
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of audit documentation

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain and update all relevant MIS and operational reports
  • Support the Group Lead in sending timely and accurate MIS to Head Office and customers

Reconciliation & Control Closure

  • Ensure timely closure of control sheets and reconciliation activities
  • Monitor discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly

Team Recruitment & Training

  • Recruit team members as required to meet operational needs
  • Train team members to ensure timely delivery and quality output with minimal disruptions

Attendance & Work Allocation

  • Manage team attendance on a daily basis
  • Allocate and reallocate work effectively in cases of absenteeism to ensure continuity

Team Management & Development

  • Maintain team motivation and morale to improve productivity
  • Conduct formal and informal performance assessments and provide constructive feedback for team development
