Job Title: Visa Filing Executive Location: Vadodara Gender: Male / Female Qualification: Bachelors Degree (Any stream) Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Visa Filing Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the immigration/overseas education sector and must have strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with the documentation and submission process for visa applications. Verify and organize all required documents as per embassy or consulate guidelines. Maintain records of submitted documents and keep clients informed on the progress of their applications. Coordinate with clients for missing or additional documentation. Ensure timely submission of visa files and follow up for updates. Stay updated with changing visa regulations, embassy rules, and immigration policies. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (required). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
