Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and execute stock & inventory audits across stores and warehouses.

Conduct retail and process audits to evaluate adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
Identify process gaps, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit reports, analyse findings, and present insights to management.
Ensure timely completion of audits as per the audit calendar and business priorities.
Coordinate with store teams, cluster managers, and operations teams for audit clarifications and follow-ups.
Train team members on audit processes and best practices when required.
Support special audits, surprise checks, and cross-functional audit initiatives.
Travel across India for audit assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

Expertise in stock & inventory audit (mandatory).

Strong experience in retail or process audit.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits.
Good interpersonal and report-writing skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
