Job Description

  • Lead LP team across multiple stores,

    develop annual asset protection plans & KPIs, manages budgets for security systems & vendors. Drive digital LP tools and system enhancements.

  • Conduct regular audits of stock, cash handling, and compliance processes to minimize shrinkage. Knowledge of CCTV operations, EAS/RFID systems, and audit controls.

  • Investigate incidents of internal and external theft; prepare detailed investigation reports.

  • Implement loss prevention programs, SOPs, and operational controls across stores/branches. Monitor daily store operations to ensure safety standards and security compliance.

  • Support training of store staff on loss prevention awareness and emergency response.

  • Assist in incident management and root cause analysis for losses or safety issues. Maintain documentation of incidents, shortages, policy breaches, and recovery actions. Role & responsibilities.

  • Shrinkage Control.

Male Candidates Preferred

Having experience in Apparel Industry preferred.
