Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inventory Management & Coordination
Oversee and manage stock levels across 10 retail outlets and the Timmapur warehouse.
ERP System Management
Maintain accurate and real-time inventory data in the ERP system.
Record all transactions including GRNs, inter-store transfers, sales, and consumption.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Billing & Cancellation Management
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and billing modifications.
Coordinate review meetings with platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and Instamart.
Compliance & Documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, ERP handling, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, billing, and inventory control processes.
Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with online platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart) preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours during audits.
Candidates should be from retail background.
