Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of work. The individual will spearhead strategic initiatives, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment. Additionally, the Team Lead will facilitate communication between teams and upper management, manage resources efficiently, and support in solving any operational challenges.
