Team Lead / Area Sales Manager - Hyderabad - QR

The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-8 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution/business development in the Direct Sales, B2C, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, or Device sales domain. The preferred location for this role is Chennai. A minimum qualification of Graduation/MBA is required. As part of the reporting structure, this role will report to the Territory Sales Manager (TSM)/Area Sales Manager (ASM) and will be responsible for managing 15-20 field executives. The candidate will also report to the City Head/State Head and oversee a team of 4-8 Team Leaders and 50-100 field executives. Key responsibilities include growing distribution and market share in the assigned area, ensuring visibility accountability through extensive QR deployment and collateral placement, recruiting and aligning the sales team to drive business, coaching and mentoring team members, planning market size and geographies for Field Sales Executives (FSE), communicating plans/targets effectively, monitoring quality parameters, conducting audits on acquisitions and sales, ensuring team presence in the market, possessing strong networking capabilities, and being open to extensive travel within the specified area.
