Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced automobile retail environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Assign leads and monitor sales activities through daily follow-ups. Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques. Ensure smooth execution of the entire sales process – from lead generation to delivery and documentation. Track performance metrics (inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, etc.) and report to the Sales Manager. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns. Maintain stock updates and ensure display vehicle availability. Stay updated on competitor models, features, and pricing to guide the sales approach. Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree /plus two 1–3years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 years in a team lead role Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
