Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to guide and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced automobile retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Assign leads and monitor sales activities through daily follow-ups.
• Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
• Ensure smooth execution of the entire sales process – from lead generation to delivery and documentation.
• Track performance metrics (inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, etc.) and report to the Sales Manager.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain stock updates and ensure display vehicle availability.
• Stay updated on competitor models, features, and pricing to guide the sales approach.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree /plus two
• 1–3years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 years in a team lead role
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• SALARY: UPTO 20,000 AND INCENTIVE
