Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters while also working as an individual contributor.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for niche and product-based roles.
Manage
C2H/Contract-to-Hire
hiring across multiple skill sets.
Source and screen candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels
.
Ensure timely closures and high-quality hires.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2+ years in a team lead role.
Strong experience in
team handling
and
individual contributions
.
Must have experience in
C2H/Contract-to-Hire hiring
.
Hands-on expertise in
niche hiring
and
product-based hiring
.
Proficiency in sourcing tools like
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri
, etc.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
