Team Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for facilitating communication within the team and with external stakeholders. This includes scheduling team meetings, preparing agendas and minutes. You will also assist with project planning and execution, track progress against deadlines, and maintain all relevant documentation. Additionally, you will handle logistics such as booking travel or venues, managing resources, and taking care of other administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities to streamline processes, ensuring team procedures are followed, addressing issues, clarifying misunderstandings, and helping resolve conflicts or delays to maintain workflow efficiency. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing reports, presenting updates, and maintaining accurate records of communications and decisions.
