Volunteer (Teaching Intern)

ADORE is a youth-led, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to creating positive social impact through education, creativity, and community development. As a Teaching Intern, you will contribute directly by helping children learn and grow, while gaining real teaching and leadership experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online teaching sessions for students (class level and subjects based on your comfort).
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and simple learning materials.
• Provide academic support, clarify concepts, and engage students effectively.
• Track student progress and share feedback with your manager and the centre.
• Participate in volunteer meetings and training sessions conducted by ADORE.
• Contribute creative ideas to make learning more interactive.
• Upload your session reports to the portal for proper documentation.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in teaching.
• Basic subject knowledge in the classes you choose to teach.
• Ability to manage small groups of students online.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Google Meet) is helpful.
