Teaching Intern

ADORE is a youth-led, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to creating positive social impact through education, creativity, and community development. As a Teaching Intern, you will contribute directly by helping children learn and grow, while gaining real teaching and leadership experience.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A 3-MONTH UNPAID INTERNSHIP

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online teaching sessions for students (class level and subjects based on your comfort).

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and simple learning materials.

Provide academic support, clarify concepts, and engage students effectively.

Track student progress and share feedback with your manager and the centre.

Participate in volunteer meetings and training sessions conducted by ADORE.

Contribute creative ideas to make learning more interactive.

Upload your session reports to the portal for proper documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in teaching.

Basic subject knowledge in the classes you choose to teach.

Ability to manage small groups of students online.

Familiarity with online teaching tools (Google Meet) is helpful.
