About the Role

Physics Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Teach

  IB Physics curriculum

  to students of Grades 8, 9, and 10.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate

  AeroBAY STEAM Programme

  modules.
• Foster inquiry-based and experiential learning aligned with

  IB pedagogy

  .
• Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and hands-on learning experiences.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance and development.
• Stay updated with current educational methodologies, IB standards, and STEAM best practices.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Physics, Education, or related field

  .

• Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience

  (preferably in IB schools).

• IB-trained or experienced

  teacher strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of

  IB MYP/DP Physics curriculum

  (Grades 8–10 level).
• Experience in implementing

  STEAM-based teaching methodologies

  .
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative and practical learning.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to integrating new teaching tools and technologies.

• Monthly Allowance/Salary:

  ₹50,000 (fixed).

Terms of Employment

• The selected candidate will be required to

  serve a minimum of 1 year

  with AeroBAY.
• Early resignation or discontinuation within this period will not be accepted unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
