Personalised 1:1 Online Tutoring Sessions
Your Work Will Include:
- Explaining concepts in clear, simple steps
- Helping with homework and school topics
- Preparing students for quizzes, tests and long-term skills
- Working with students across curricula (US Common Core, IB, IGCSE, AP, A-Levels)
- Communicating calmly and professionally with parents
- Teach during US school evenings (3pm Eastern Time to 9pm Pacific time)

Who should Apply
You ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- Strong English communication with neutral or American accent
- Good conceptual clarity in Math/English (or your subject)
- Prior online teaching or tutoring experience
- A calm, structured, student-friendly teaching style

How the Process Works Our 5-Step Selection Process
It s a minimum human touch process - and the onus of completing it quickly lies with you. It takes 3-4 days for most tutors to get on-boarded with us through this process. We give you clear communication at each stage.
2. SCREENING
A short automated round testing clarity, communication, experience availability (10-15 minutes)
3. TEACH TO THINK
45 min interview with a subject matter expert. Tests your concepts teaching style.
4. REAL CLASSROOM
45 min simulation of an actual class with a senior leader of the company.
5. OFFER ONBOARDING
