Education & Experience:

Education:

• Graduate in any field with acceptable command over the English language.

Experience & Skills required:

• 7+ years of experience in eLearning content development
• Use the delivery methods such as classroom training, blended learning, eLearning, micro-learning, simulation-based learning, gamified learning, or on-the-job training.
• Apply instructional design (ID) concepts and theories for WBT (web-based training) and ILT (instructor-led training) learning content.
• Coordinate with SMEs (subject matter experts), programmers, and graphic designers (GDs) to ensure the timely production of the assigned course.
• Create a formative assessment plan to monitor students learning progress.
• Update the training program based on feedback/fault reports received from stakeholders.
• Developing interactive content for Elearning courses
• Responsible for landing the instructional design specifications. They support content creation for multiple learning modalities.
• Excellent knowledge of rapid-authoring tools such as Captivate & Articulate Storyline etc., is a must.
• Experience on using languages like HTML5/XML, CSS Scripting, JavaScript
• Should have extensive experience in designing custom elearning interactions, building quizzes and interactivity; customizing default captivate course shells; custom navigation etc. in Captivate using JavaScript and CSS
• Understanding and experience with developing interactive SCORM content for various LMSs.
• Intermediate knowledge of graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, and basic video editing etc.
• Ability to develop POCs and functional prototypes.
• Ability to coordinate the stake holders and project.
• Experience of managing project and team.
• Experience of using project management tools and query/ticket tools like Jira.
• Ability to work on improvement projects.
