Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Assessing employee training needs by conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and performance analysis. - Developing and implementing effective training programs and materials using various delivery methods such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training. - Facilitating training sessions and workshops to ensure engaging and interactive learning experiences. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. - Maintaining and updating training materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Supporting career development and succession planning initiatives within the organization. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also focus on: - Designing and executing employee engagement programs and initiatives, which may include organizing events, creating recognition programs, and implementing communication strategies. - Promoting open communication channels and fostering a culture of feedback and collaboration among employees. - Developing and managing employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate achievements. - Monitoring employee engagement levels through surveys and feedback sessions, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and making recommendations to enhance engagement. - Collaborating with HR and management teams to implement and improve employee engagement strategies effectively. Furthermore, you will be expected to: - Track and report on training and engagement metrics to measure the impact of programs. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and employee engagement to ensure the organization remains competitive. - Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required, contributing your expertise to drive positive outcomes. - Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee training and development activities. - Provide logistical support for training activities, including venue arrangements and materials preparation. Your role will be crucial in enhancing employee skills, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.,
