Job Description

As the Senior in the testing team, you will be responsible for
Develop Testing Strategies Create and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
Test Planning Design test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Conduct Testing Oversee the execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Analyze Results Review and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
Collaboration Work closely with product development teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing requirements.
Continuous Improvement Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in the testing process.
Reporting Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to management and stakeholders.
Risk Management Identify potential risks related to product quality and develop mitigation strategies.
Demo Strategy Development Develop and implement effective demo strategies that align with the companys goals and target audience.
Demo Preparation Ensure that all demo environments are well-prepared, including the setup of up-to-date data, different countries, entities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, challenges, and outcomes of testing and demo activities.
Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop tailored reports and visualizations to supprt their requirements.
