Key Responsibilities: - Grow and maintain relationships with both existing and new large, complex clients. - Lead technically demanding compliance and reporting engagements and related consulting projects. - Provide exceptional client service, ensuring quality and engagement economics. - Collaborate with other tax specialist teams and the wider EY organization. - Develop future leaders by supervising, coaching, and mentoring senior staff. - Create a compelling vision and lead team initiatives for high performance. Qualification Required: - A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA). - Significant experience in tax compliance and reporting, particularly within the energy sector. - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service. - Experience in leading teams and developing talent. - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business environment. - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
