Responsibilities

• Prepare and file

  GST returns

• Review and reconcile tax-related accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of

  tax audit reports, Transfer pricing

  and

  statutory audit schedules

• Conduct periodic reviews of tax liabilities and payments.
• Stay updated with changes in

  direct and indirect tax laws

  , ensuring timely implementation of amendments.
• Handle

  tax assessments, queries, and notices

  from income tax and GST departments.
• Support management in

  tax planning and optimization

  while ensuring full compliance.
• Coordinate with

  external auditors, consultants, and government authorities

  as required.
• Maintain organized documentation and records of all tax filings and correspondence.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper tax provisioning and reporting in financial statements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Commerce / Accounting / Finance

  .

• CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum

  2–5 years

  of experience in taxation (Direct & Indirect).
• Strong understanding of

  Income Tax Act, GST Act, and related rules & notifications

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP, Dynamics, Netsuite, or Mybizz ERP systems

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and other accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and or

  

  ganizational skills.
